Breakout at the Breakwater Breakout at the Breakwater

As expected, the "Breakout at the Breakwater" event provided valuable and entertaining insight into the world of four of Australia’s most respected photographers. It’s no wonder the event was a sellout.

All attendees agreed that it was a great way to spend a day and collect some practical advice along the way. Fitzgerald Photo Imaging was there and we’ve posted photos on our Facebook page.

Craig Kinder - Cottesloe Canvas

Craig Kinder of f22 photography recently provided Fitzgerald Photo Imaging with an exciting job. Printing a massive canvas to hang in The Soda Sun Lounge, the 1996 photo of Cottesloe Beach has everyone in the North Beach venue talking about photography.

FPI - Cottesloe Canvas

Using a Nikon camera with a 17mm lens and 35mm infrared film to get the shot, Craig trusted us to print the canvas that dominates an entire wall.

If you’re interested seeing the original, uncropped image you can find it in Book 3 of the Fuji ACMP Australian Photographers collection.
